The cryptocurrency market experienced a significant decline early on Wednesday (28th), with Bitcoin (BTC) dropping from around $62000 to $58000, a decrease of about 6%, and Ethereum (ETH) also experiencing a nearly 7% drop. Bitcoin and Ethereum experienced a slight rebound before the deadline, with trading prices of $59373 and $2460, respectively.

This decline has caused the largest liquidation since the market crash on August 5th. According to data from Coinglass, a cryptocurrency derivatives analysis platform, approximately 87700 people have been liquidated in the past 24 hours, with a total of approximately $320 million in leveraged positions being liquidated, of which long positions account for a significant portion, approximately $287 million. It is currently unclear what triggered this sell-off.
Other top ten cryptocurrencies by market capitalization have also experienced similar declines, with BNB prices dropping nearly 4% to around $530, Solana's SOL dropping 6% to $146, and Ripple (XRP) dropping 4% to $0.56. DOGE and Tron's TRX also fell by about 5% and 2.25% respectively, with trading prices of $0.099 and $0.158 before the deadline.
The TON token related to the social platform Telegram also fell nearly 8% to around $5.1 earlier, but based on the price fluctuations in the past 24 hours, it did not actually fall too much, as the token had dropped significantly a few days ago due to the news of Telegram founder Pavel Durov's detention. Before the deadline, the TON trading price slightly rebounded to $5.35.
